Katie Hornbaker, MSN, CRNA, is highly regarded for her ability to balance professionalism with a personable, good-natured demeanor—an approach that has earned her the respect of colleagues and physicians alike and enables her to successfully connect with even the most challenging patients.

Katie brings a deep understanding of evidence-based anesthesia practices and consistently applies the latest clinical standards to everyday patient care. In high-stress environments, she remains calm, thinks critically, and takes initiative as a collaborative leader within the multidisciplinary team. Her ability to lead with confidence while fostering teamwork contributes to smooth, efficient perioperative experiences.
