Twin Oaks Anesthesia is committed to offering the best courses available! While we review each situation on a case-by-case basis, Twin Oaks Anesthesia has created the following as a guide allowing an attendee to register with confidence.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A refund less a $250.00 administrative fee will be given if notice of cancellation occurs greater than 30 days before the course date.
If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before a course, your tuition will be valid for up to one year from the original course date (same course type, one time transfer).
If cancellation occurs within 5 of a scheduled course, (or no show), your tuition will be forfeited.
