Glenn Cochrane, MSN, CRNA
Glenn Cochrane, CRNA, has been a valued member of the Twin Oaks Anesthesia team since 2017. His journey into the medical field was inspired by a personal tragedy in 1996, when he lost his best friend in a high school auto racing accident. Assisting a flight crew at the scene, Glenn was profoundly impacted by the experience and committed himself to a career in healthcare, with the goal of becoming a flight nurse.

While completing his paramedic training two years later, Glenn’s passion for anesthesia was ignited after witnessing an exceptional display of skill and composure by the anesthesia provider who was instructing him in intubation. The experience left a lasting impression and set him on the path toward a career in nurse anesthesia.

Over the next 15 years, Glenn gained extensive experience working as a paramedic and flight nurse, as well as in a wide range of emergency and critical care environments—from neonatal to adult populations. Since completing his anesthesia training, he has practiced independently across diverse clinical settings, including office-based anesthesia, critical access hospitals, and large tertiary care centers.

Today, Glenn provides anesthesia services, education, and training across more than 20 facilities throughout Northeast Texas. His broad expertise, commitment to clinical excellence, and dedication to mentoring others make him an integral part of the Twin Oaks Anesthesia faculty.
